1. Overview

Shryxellslyxaron wants you to be satisfied with your Norvexil purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

2. Return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and sealed in its original, undamaged packaging
  • The product must not have been opened or tampered with
  • You must have purchased the product directly from shryxellslyxaron.world
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation number or receipt)

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers
  • Products returned after the 30-day window
  • Products that show signs of damage caused after delivery

4. How to initiate a return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact us at info-ask@shryxellslyxaron.world within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, name, and reason for return in your message
  3. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN)
  4. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions

Do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5. Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us at info-ask@shryxellslyxaron.world within 7 days of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Order cancellations

9. Consumer rights
